Gluten Free Michigan is an organization offering support and assistance for people with Wheat Allergy, Gluten Intolerance, Celiacs Disease or other diet restrictions from Gluten or common food allergies (such as casein). They hold meeting in Canton and are hoping to expand to start a Wayne/Washtenaw County support group.
Gluten Free Michigan was started by Brandon and Kris Rudolph, a husband and wife team.
